Pick Up, Shipping & Delivery Options
In-Store Pick Up
If you select in-store pickup we will contact you when your order is ready at your selected Cannondale Bikes Shop. You can order an item to be picked up at any location, but if it needs to be transferred from store to store please allow extra time. All online purchases picked up in store require verifying photo ID against the credit card used to make the purchase.
Due to an increase in fraudulent activity, all orders for bicycles over $1500 and electronics will require the customer to present the credit card used for the transaction when picking up their order. This verification process involves a quick chip read (for $0.50) to confirm the card matches the one used to place the order. Please note, only physical credit cards are accepted for verification at this time. We also accept Apple Pay or Android Pay at the register. You can also use PayPal when purchasing online checkout.
Important! If the bike you select is not listed as “In Store” at your chosen pick-up location, and requires transfer from another region, a $95 Bike Transfer Service charge will apply after your order is placed. Transfers between stores within the same region — such as within DC/VA/Raleigh, Florida-to-Florida, or Georgia-to-Georgia — do not incur this charge. Please contact us before ordering if you’re unsure whether this charge applies. Otherwise, you will be sent payment details after your order is submitted.
Shipping
Cannondale Bike Shop ship orders worldwide. When placing an order, the billing address and shipping address must match. If you need to place an order and ship an item to a different address than your billing address, you must use Mobile Apps to make payment at checkout. We do not ship to freight forwarders or 3rd party shippers.
Please note that bike shipments generally require 7-10 days to package. Orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. We will do our best to let you know if your order is delayed for any reason. All bike orders require signature upon delivery.

If you are not comfortable with the assembly instructions for any bicycle being shipped to you, we recommend taking your bicycle to a bike shop for final assembly prior to riding. Cannondale Bike Shop is not liable for issues resulting from incorrect assembly by anyone other than Cannondale Bike Shop.
Returns
Return Policy for Orders Picked Up In-Store
- You have 30 days from the date you pick up your order to return it
- Products must be unused in their original packaging with all original tags
- Sale and closeout items are not eligible for return
If you purchase a bike online for in store pick up and you decide that you do not want that bike when you come to collect it, you can return it for a full refund at that time. This does not apply to any bike that was modified per the customer’s request or a bike after it has been brought home.

- Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs
Please email contact@cannondalebikesusa.com to receive an RA# and initiate a return. Customer’s must receive an RA# before sending a return back.
Once an order ships it cannot be canceled. To receive a refund after an order ships, you will have return it when it arrives to you.
Any item purchased online can be returned at any one of our stores. You do not need to contact us before returning an item in store.
Exchanges are not offered at this time for purchases made online. If you want to exchange an item, you will have to place an order for the item you want and send us back the item you do not want. Once we receive your return, we will process it as normal.

Security Information
Fraudulent Order Protection
Cannondale Bike Shop has the right to cancel an order that appears fraudulent. When ordering online, the billing address and shipping address must be the same. All online purchases picked up in store require verifying photo ID against the credit card used to make the purchase (if applicable).
Due to an increase in fraudulent activity, bike purchases over $1500 and electronics will require a mandatory validation transaction of ten cents on the purchasing credit card at pickup.
Information Security
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to view or access your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last four digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account. We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.

On occasion due to an inventory error, we may not have an item for sale that is advertised on our website and reserve the right to cancel an order for this reason.
